To whom it may concern,

Sharon was referred to us by a neighbour when other agents had not been able to get an offer on our condo. We had made a offer subject to the sale of it, and the townhouse we wanted to buy was necessary to our plan of having George's elderly mother come live with us.

Sharon explained to us the importance of correct pricing, how that and only that would generate showings and interest. The market was slow and we had been for sale for months.

On her advice, we priced it $5,000 below the other condos in our building, and there were a lot of them.

We got an offer in 3 weeks, but it was far below what we needed to buy the townhouse. Sharon went to bat for us, and she and the agent handling the townhouse project were able to convince the developer to take less for the townhouse. We agreed that he would install less deluxe appliances in return.

We needed to get our mother living with us as soon as possible, and we were all moved in within 45 days.

We never dreamed that having the right agent could make such a difference.
